Always account for Variable Change
This quote is taken from a Movie “21” where one of the professor says “In life, always account for variable change”. Before we dig deep into this equation, let’s listen to the following video(s) to help you understand what it really means

I have seen the movie over and over again and found this statement quite interesting. I decided to do a bit of research on what people think about this statement. To my surprise, the meaning which I was thinking is exactly what everybody else is also thinking about.
Finally I concluded (based on my research) that the true meaning of this statement would be certainly “Be Prepared for anything”
Here are few ways to be always prepared for anything in life
Put Emotions Aside
Most of our decisions are based on emotions, rather than logics. Sometime it works, while most times it doesn’t. Therefore put your emotions aside while making some of the important decisions of your life.
Think Logically
This goes hand in hand with the previous point. In life, there are lot of scenarios which involves you to think logically than emotionally. Don’t let emotions take away your decision making process. Think logically and you would never regret.
Time is Variable
Time is one of the best example of variable. Most people think that time is a constant and not a variable, which is incorrect. Everything changes with time. Your ideas, opinions, judgements, preferences and infact statistics too. Therefore, be prepared to accept whatever happens because time is the only thing which will bring in change.
Have a Backup Plan
I tell this to everyone whom I am in good terms with. In life, always have a backup plan. You will need it at some point. For Example: If you are in a job, think about where you would want to go if the current companies fire you. If you have one investment running currently, try to have another one. And so on.
P.S. In short. Be Prepared for anything in life
