Life keeps moving year on year. You might not notice how quickly your life changes and what all you have been going through every year.

While problems like anxiety, stress, sadness and depression have become part of our day to day life. It is important to know that this is the only life we have to enjoy. So why not make the most out of it?

We have heard people saying us “Enjoy your life”. But have you ever thought are you enjoying your life? Well, I am not going to tell you to change your habits in this article. And btw, you are not alone in this world who is unable to enjoy life, we have lot of them.

Few months ago, when I had this discussion with few of my friends, were discussing about life is one of the most common subjects in our group. We discuss day to day happening in our life and what we do in different situations, etc.

Truly speaking, some of the most common statements I have heard from everyone are:

“I am fed up from this boring life”

“My job is very boring, no excitement, nothing, and thus my life is boring too”

“I am not learning anything new in my work. Everyday, I go and come back without making a difference in my life”

If you are also one of them, then don’t worry, we have a solution for all of this:

Spend time on what you love

You might have heard of this popular quote:

“Do what you love, Love what you do.”

Is one of most popular way of being happy. Ofcourse, I can understand that you have responsibilities to fulfil. But we can always spend sometime in our daily life on doing things which we really love the most.

Avoid Unnecessary Commitments

While I understand that having commitments are part of your life. But have you ever imagined, when you take up extra commitments, are you being more happy or is it just another stress to you?

Follow Simplicity

We all come across different kind of emotional illness in our lives. Because of which we tend to affect and stress our brain a lot more than usual. One good of thumb is to things which has less stress and frustration, by living life in simple form.

Enjoy Little things

One of the most important objective in our life is to find out those little things which can make us a lot more happy. It could be anything - having cup of tea/coffee with bunch of friends and gossiping, driving in our favorite car on a speedy highway, talking or spending time with someone who really matters a lot to us, getting a smile from someone you like/love the most, and many others. You just have to find those little things.

Be a Kid

I know a lot of people don’t want to be kids and would like to show as if they are matured enough, but the fact is kids are the only one who enjoy their life most. And why is it so? Because kids smile at strangers, they act generously, they always listen because they know that they don’t know everything, they talk to everyone because they have no ego/attitude problems. So why can’t we be kids again?

Stop taking life too seriously

Why so serious all the time? Stop it today. Many people live a life with seriousness and as a result, you will have less friends, you will always be surrounded with no one, and you will have pressure all the time in your life. Why do all of this when you can just loosen up.

I know for the fact that you will not be able to enjoy your life everyday. Some days would be bad while most of the days would be good (if you believe it).

Trust me life is just too short to feel miserable everyday. We all live life to enjoy it. So why not wake up everyday and feel good about your life.

Should we really so much stressed about how much money are we making, realizing that we actually have a roof on our head and food to eat?

Are we not blessed because of all of these things in our life?
