If someone has hurt you, you will know how painful it is to get recovered. The only to recover is to let go your anger and you know how hard it is practically to implement.

Forgiving others is an essential part of life. Your experience with someone who has hurt you is now merely a thought or feeling which you are carrying around. These thoughts eventually turn into anger and hatred, if you continue to take it along and give space in your life. The only way to get over them is to release yourself from these feelings.

Follow these step and you would find an improvement in yourself.

Be Kind, instead of Right

If you want to forgive someone who has hurt you emotionally, then try to be kind instead of being right. Remember this quote?

“It’s better to be kind than to be right.”

Send Happiness

Write down few things which makes you happy. Everytime you fall into the negative zone, remember those happy moments and you will automatically find yourself in good room.

Accept Apology

If someone is willingingly telling you sorry or feeling bad about it, then don’t boost your ego and go away from it. Instead accept it gracefully or even welcome the person in your life once again.

No Revenge

If someone has hurt you, the natural instinct is to hurt them back so that they can also have a taste of it. If you can avoid this, it would benefit your life.

It’s difficult not to remember the past. But even if you remember, there is nothing you can change about it. Therefore, always try to live in present and forget the past memories.

Once you are out of this situation, it’s good to revisit that back in your mind and draw out some valuable lessons out of it.

Yes! You heard it right. Whatever you have in your hand, throw it. Let that act as an anger coming out. This is extremely important otherwise you will behave as if everything is back to normal but it is not actually
