Depression affects people of every age, economic situation, and race. In some point or the other in our life, we will get depressed.
While most people think that ignoring or denying something are the cure for depression. But it is not. However, they are a guarantee that someday you will get all of it again and you will have a lot more harder life.

You are fearless & OverConfidence
Being fearless is definitely good for you. But being fearless and overconfident together is definitely not a good idea. Many high achieve folks tend to get into overconfidence mode where they no longer seek any help from anyone. Neither they are looking to bend down to others when it comes to work.
As a result, they are always alone in most of their life. Because they want to achieve results 15x faster than others and most times doesn’t want to involve anyone together. This is a clear sign of future depression, as when they reach where they would want themselves to see, they wouldn’t find anyone else along with them.
From One drink to more than One
Consuming alcohol itself is bad for health and you probably might know it already. However, if you have recently started drinking more than one during your usual time, then congratulations, you have taken your first step toward getting into depression.
Drinking leads to unhappy life and drinking more probably would worsen it. I wouldn’t explain cons of drinking as everybody is already aware of it.
Conflicts turn into fight easily
You might have witnessed this in your day to day life where you are trying to counter an argument by providing some relevant data/stats and the discussion quickly turns into a war zone. This happens mostly in work life where a lot of small conflicts turns into brutal fight later one.
Sometimes this happen in your personal relationship with your partner, family and friends where you are trying to make a point but for some reason it turns out bad and ultimately more stress added to your life.
You feel nothing
Some people feel bad when you are trying to have fun with them, whereas some people take it lightly and let go things. However, there are few who just have no reaction. And these are the ones who are more likely to get into depression zone easily, as they sort of have no interest towards people or maybe the work which they do.
You can’t stop socializing
Social media is definitely a good place to hangout with friends and loved ones. However, if that becomes the only place where you hangout, then it becomes a big problem in life, as you no longer have any other folks to hangout with. There will be some point in everybody’s life where they would be busy with their personal life and wouldn’t check social media often. During those times, you would feel lonely and would have already invited depression.
You can’t concentrate
Everybody in this world suffer from lack of concentration. However, if you are feeling that you are unable to concentrate lot of times in your life, then you probably know where you are heading towards.
A lot of times when you would want to do something new or have been asked to come up with new things, you would find it extremely difficult to contrate on a task and get it done on time. This happens when you have too many things on your plate and sometimes when your mind is not ready enough to take it.
You work harder, not smarter
Most people work hard, really hard. And due to this they always get what they want to get. However, there are people who work smarter and these are the ones who get even more than what people get when they just work hard.
Sometimes, after seeing these people who work smarter, people tend to get more upset. Because they are also working hard, but it’s just that they are not smart enough or probably don’t know how smart people are getting things done.
