As you have already read in my previous article that Stress has become one of the most important problems in everyone’s life these days. There are so many stress things which we encounter on our day to day life, whether it is stressful job, or unhealthy family environment, or it could be because of too many loans and bills to worry about, or maybe because of some bad habits like drinking, smoking and so on.

What others says is none of your business

Yes. The sooner you start believing this, the faster you would see results. Most times people just want to talk something about you and not necessarily all the time their opinion or suggestions has any value. Therefore use your own judgement.

Discover your Core values

Courage, Honesty, Kindness, Respect, Integrity and commitment are some of my core values. You have few set of core values on which you live your life. These values take you to the rest of the life and helps you in your day to day decision-making. Often, when we don’t value our own core values, we tend to get a lot of stress. And therefore, it’s important to discover these and follow them.

Focus on one thing at a time

People tend to do lot of things together and end up in living a stressful life when you are not able to finish all of them. Take up one thing at a time and try to get that done first before taking up something else next. Use prioritization technique and do things first which are most important to you and everything can be pushed for later.

Use Reminders

Another great way to stay focussed and do more in a give time is by having reminders for lot of things. I currently use my mobile calendar to list out all the items I want to get done each day. This really helps me to prioritize and get things quicker which matter most to myself.

Be more Determined

This is the only life you have. Why spend this life in living a stressful life when you can do better things. Get to know your priorities and be more determined about the things you do.

Follow your Passion

I have noticed that whenever people follow their passion, they are tend to be more stress-free. People who do what they love to do, are more likely to find happiness than rest of them. And this is one of the key success to living life without stress.

Make a Gratitude List

If you are not sure what Gratitude is all about then read this article on How Gratitude has changed my life. Start making list of things which gave you happiness over the last one week/month/year and you will be completely surprised with the list of thing you have got. Once you make a list, spread happiness by letting others know that you were grateful because of them.

Leave the Past where it belongs to

Your past is… I know. It has happened. There is nothing you can do to change it now. So why worry about it all the time. Instead start living your current day. Even if somebody has hurt you in your past, try showing gratitude to them and you would find a difference in your life.

Don’t be someone else

Most people try to copy other people and trying to live other people lives, you should try and live your own life first. There is no point in copying someone else, because everyone is unique in their own ways. So why copy others and give yourself more stress?

Don’t try to be Perfect

Oh yes. How can i forget this. Most people want to be perfect in their lives and this is one of the most important causes of stress. We need to accept the fact that we cant be perfect all the time. Once we are able to know this fact then life would be even more amazing.

OverAnalyzing something

Have you ever done this? I have done this quite a lot and maybe this is also one of the reason why we tend to attract a lot of negative vibes around us. Over Analyzing things which would never happen is definitely one of the pointers in bringing more stress.

Damn Yes. One of the most easiest way to get rid of stress is to smile more often. When you smile, more toxics are created in your body which automatically increases your lifespan and fight again mind stress.
